RK Global Customs was founded by Riza Kilic — a licensed customs declarant based in Liège, Belgium. A graduate of HEC Liège in Management Engineering, Riza combines rigorous academic training with hands-on expertise in Belgian and European customs regulations to deliver precise, reliable, and personal service.
The company operates from the heart of Liège, steps away from the Gare des Guillemins — one of Belgium's most connected hubs. This central location gives RK Global Customs fast access to Liège Airport (4th largest cargo airport in Europe), the Port of Antwerp, and major road freight corridors.
